By accessing or using the services provided by RDMI Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and RDMI Web Services (hereinafter referred to as “RDMI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.

RDMI provides web design and development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, and other related digital services as described on our website and in our service agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice or liability.

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

When engaging our services, you agree to provide us with the necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner to allow us to fulfill our obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fees for our services are as stated in the service agreement or quote provided to you. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you will receive a license to use the deliverables created by us specifically for you. The nature and scope of this license will be specified in your service agreement.

RDMI retains ownership of all proprietary methods, techniques, processes, and reusable components developed by us prior to or during the provision of services.

We reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in case studies, and in other promotional materials.

Each party may disclose to the other certain Confidential Information. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for purposes of performing their obligations under these Terms and any service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the last 12 months.

We warrant that the services we provide will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards.

Except for the express warranties set forth above, we provide our services “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us, including newsletters, marketing emails, and service updates. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.

We are committed to responsible communication practices and will not inundate your inbox with excessive emails.

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services provided up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communications.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
